What we offer

• Free information and tools: the course finder, guides, scholarship and education fair listings, and life-in-Australia information.
• Consulting and application help for studying in Australia, when you ask for it.
• Arranging Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) through insurers' licensed partners.
• A student board where verified students can share experience.

Paid services, if any, are described in a separate written service agreement, including the fees and refund terms. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Information on the site

We work to keep course, fee, entry requirement and scholarship information accurate, and we mark information we haven't verified. But universities change their rules every year, and what the university's own website and your offer letter say is final.

The site is general information, not advice about your personal situation. We are not the official site of any university or government agency. We don't give immigration advice: for visa questions, check the Department of Home Affairs or a registered migration agent.

We can't guarantee an admission offer, scholarship, visa or any other outcome.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Give accurate information, and keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Using the site fairly

When you use the site, including the student board, you agree not to:

• break the law, or post anything false, misleading, abusive or discriminatory;
• post other people's personal information without their consent;
• advertise, spam, or offer paid services, such as essay writing or fake documents;
• pretend to be someone else, including pretending to be a verified student;
• scrape the site, try to get around its security, or disrupt it.

The student board also has its own rules. We may remove content that breaks them or these terms.

Your content

You own what you post and upload. You give us permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the site and the services you ask for. You can delete your content at any time; copies may remain in backups for a short period.

Health insurance (OSHC)

We get quotes and arrange policies through insurers' licensed partners. The insurance contract is between you and the insurer. Before you buy, read the insurer's Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and policy terms.

Payment is processed by the insurer or its partner. Cancellations and refunds follow the insurer's terms. If we earn a commission, the relevant page says so, and it doesn't change your price.

Other websites

The site links to universities, insurers, government agencies and other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our content

The site's design, text and tools belong to us or are used with permission. Course data comes partly from public sources such as CRICOS and university websites. Don't copy or republish large parts of the site without our permission.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you have under the law where you live, such as the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by decisions you make based on general information on the site, or by universities, insurers or other third parties. Where our liability for a service can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the site before they apply. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for this purpose excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). If a dispute comes up, we will first try to resolve it with you directly. If that doesn't work, it goes to a court with jurisdiction where our company is registered, in Fuzhou. This doesn't take away consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
