A good first internship often shapes what comes next.
Together with senior career mentors we have worked with for years, we help you turn job hunting from mass applications into a planned preparation. Places are limited, so ask early.

Who it is for
- Students and recent graduates aiming for an internship at a leading company in China or overseas
- Anyone unsure which direction suits them, or unsure about their CV and interviews
- Students with one internship who want a second while studying in Australia, the UK or the US
What is included
Set a direction and target companies from your degree and experience.
Your Chinese and English CVs, line by line, so they show what you can do.
Mock interviews and reviews that follow the real process.
The same people follow your case from planning to offer.
How it works
- 01A first conversation
Your adviser sets up a group chat and a career mentor joins to understand your situation and goals, and whether this is a fit. This step is free.
- 02Deposit and coaching
A ¥5,000 deposit starts your one-to-one planning, CV editing and interview preparation.
- 03Interviews
Once you are ready you move to interviews, with the three coaching rounds before and between them.
- 04Settle after the offer
You pay the balance once you have the offer.
Fees
From ¥30,000
Includes one-to-one career planning, CV editing, three rounds of interview coaching and mentor support.
- ¥5,000 deposit, with the balance due after you receive an offer
- No offer, and the deposit is refunded in full
- The exact amount and refund terms are set out in the service agreement you sign
After the first internship
If you want a second internship at a leading company's local office while you are still studying, we can arrange it. The fee is the same as the first.
A few things to be clear about
- We cannot guarantee a result at any particular company. Hiring decisions are the employer's.
- How you perform in the internship, and whether it turns into a job, is up to you. Our part is making sure you are well prepared.
- Before you sign, the services, fees and refund terms are written into an agreement for you to read.
Not sure it fits you? Start with a conversation.
The first conversation is free. Tell us your degree, your year and where you want to go, and we will tell you honestly whether this suits you.
